Map To The Wedding
The wedding is around the corner! The wedding is around the corner! The wedding is around the corner! (Can you feel how excited we are?)
And just to make sure, for people who need directions you could simply visit the Orchard View Reception Center — it has directions on the wedding site.
However, here’s a little more help.
But to help you out a bit, here are some direct links to directions from major hotels at which people will be staying.
1. Southway Inn
Most people will be staying at the Southway Inn. For those people, here’s link for directions. (About 12 miles.)
2. Marriott Ottawa
Some people will be staying at the Marriott (downtown Ottawa). For those people, here’s link for directions. (About 18 miles.)
3. Hilton Lac Leamy
And finally, some people will be staying where we are staying, which is at the Hilton at the Casino du Lac Lemay (in Gatineau, Quebec). For those people, here’s link for directions. (About 22 miles.)
And don’t forget, this Friday night is our pre-wedding party (otherwise known as “bachelordom” party, which is a combination of bachelor-bachelorette party), at Tucson’s Roadhouse.
We’re expecting everyone to come join us and have a blast! Tucson’s is conveniently located exactly right across the street from Southway Inn, on Bank Street, in Ottawa.
Here’s a link to Tucson’s. The band that’s playing that night is Funktion. They’re a Motown, funk, blues band, from Aretha Franklin covers to Marvin Gaye to James Brown.

Hi Sylvie. One of the nice things about blogs is, when you share your experience of going through a tough time there are so many people out there that you haven’t met personally, but keep you in their prayers. Keep your spirits up, we’re all pulling and praying for you.
